The location near the central train station is unbeatable. The quadruple room was spacious and well-furnished. The breakfast setup was somewhat disorganized, and noise from the closing doors affected sleep quality. Wi-Fi connectivity was poor on the first floor, which hindered online activities.

We arrived in Naples by bus from the airport (cost 5 euros who are interested) to Piazza Garibaldi, quickly found a huge sign, then an iron door, called and said that we booked a room, we opened. hotel is located on the 2nd-3rd floor of the house, reception on the 3rd floor. We were checked in very quickly, although the time of arrival has not yet come. For which we are very grateful. We were given the key to a large common front door. Let's go straight for a walk around Naples. We walked all day. We like to see the city this way. original, not like northern Italy. open and noisy, joyful and interesting city! lot of interesting things of course on the right side of the coast. Thank you to the owners of the hotel, gave us the map, told us what and how and where to go! They fulfilled our request, in general, were very hospitable and positive! hotel itself is not big, I think it's a family hotel. it was important for us the location (near the station) and price. I want to say that the price and quality is quite justified. On heating (in summer on cooling, naturally) the conditioner works. Heats the room very quickly, so it was warm. Breakfast consists of coffee, tea, juice, croissant, pastry, milk, cereal. it's quite acceptable for morning breakfast. We managed to go to Pompeii (open until 17. 00 in winter, you can walk for a long time, if a connoisseur and lover of such things, whole day, even more), ticket from Naples from Piazza Garibaldi by train costs 2. 6 euros. We also went to Sorrento (the ticket cost 3. 9 euros). We read in reviews of "strange people" in the district. Yeah, like everywhere else near the train station. there are a lot of them in every city on the planet! at the Kazansky railway station in Moscow I'm always much more frightened and dangerous than anywhere else. So don't be afraid and walk to your health, just do not lose vigilance anywhere!

I found the hotel Zara Napoli in a very convenient location, just a short walk from the central train station. The room was clean and tidy with a comfortable king-sized bed, and the staff was friendly and helpful, offering recommendations for local restaurants. Wi-Fi worked well on the main floor, and I appreciated the budget-friendly rates. I had some major concerns. The area felt unsafe and unwelcoming, with dirty surroundings and groups of people lingering on the streets, made me uncomfortable, especially at night. The entrance to the hotel itself was uninviting and poorly lit. Noise from the other rooms was an issue too. I could hear other guests quite clearly. Check-in was confusing, and the lack of security made me worry. I believe the hotel needs to address these cleanliness and safety issues to improve the overall experience.

Convenient location and proximity to the main transport interchanges of the city, the availability of many coffee shops and pastry shops for a pleasant breakfast, although the price of accommodation included breakfast, but I bought local delicacies. The staff were polite and explained in an accessible way, everything that interested me, my knowledge of the language helped me not to get lost in the city. The room was small, but with everything the tourist needed. There was no time limit on when I could get back to the hotel, they gave me a key and opened it at any time.

The towels smelled like smoke, but the daily fruit basket was a nice touch.

The reception desk is on the third floor of the house. There's an elevator, but we couldn't use it. The room (we lived in the 4th) has air conditioning, which was a real rescue in the house without heating in cold weather conditions. Breakfast - standard Italian: coffee (any kind), fresh croissants with a choice of filling, bread, butter, jam. Within walking distance of the railway station and metro station "piazza Garibaldi" (convenient when you get tired of walking around the city and get to the base place you want faster). In 10 minutes walking from the hotel there is a supermarket MD, where you can buy groceries if you just want to have a snack in the room) In the hotel we spent 2 nights, for this period - a great option for accommodation.

Warm welcome and very good service, good value for the money! Breakfast was a little simple, but ok. What do you expect for less than 30€?
The neighborhood doesn't feel very safe, mainly at night, and it is quite dirty on the streets.

Considering its location in the heart of an extremely seedy area, my hotel room was remarkably comfortable and quiet. It was a very large room for three people, even though I was paying only 29EUR a night. It was very close to the lounge/TV space and was a bit loud when there were people there, but otherwise very quiet (it faced inwards). The free wifi was excellent, and there were many TV channels.
The staff is pretty unfriendly and slightly useless. They need to understand that they are in the hospitality sector and should therefore be hospitable. Also, the bathroom, had a mildew problem that they really need to address.
